When trying to "Restore" from backup file you have created while ArtSKey was installed PC's "Windows CE Services" stops with " The backup file you have selected was created from a mobile device using an incompatible language... ":
Solution:
Manually choose appropriate language(which you have choosen during ArtSKey Installation) in Control Panel\Reginal Settings utility
